Some diagnostic fault codes usually meet at Komatsu Forklift

The table below is some of the diagnostic fault codes for the Komatsu forklift

Fault code	Meaning
E-01	Neutral is detected. (Fault caused by a wrong operation is not a failure.)
E-06	Travel accelerator VR is wrong.
E-09	Low voltage is detected.
E-11	The main contactor (MD) is short-circuited, or the harness for its detection circuit is a failure.
E-13	The battery current sensor (CSB) output is wrong, or its harness failure.
E-14	The travel system fuses F1 is blown, or the harness for its detection circuit is a failure.
E-15	The travel system's main transistors are short-circuited. (Both of the upper and lower FETs are short-circuited.)
E-23	The current sensor (CSDU, CSDW) output of the travel system is a failure, or the harness for the circuit is wrong.
